Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in our outpatient office located in Gainesville, FL. Our facility is designed to foster a calm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing both patients and staff to thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide diagnoses, discussing tailored treatment plans with patients.
• Develop and implement individualized acupuncture therapy for a variety of conditions such as addiction, musculoskeletal pain, and digestive issues among others.
• Collaborate with mental health therapists, primary care physicians, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment.
• Continually engage with patients to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient interactions and treatment outcomes effectively.

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing issues ranging from chronic pain and stress management to recovery support and overall wellness enhancement. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Acupuncture or a related field.
• Current licensure to practice acupuncture in the state of Florida.
• Certification from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in acupuncture practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient engagement and collaboration.
• The ability to work independently while demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with integrating acupuncture into multi-disciplinary treatment plans.
• Experience in working with patients in recovery from addiction or those undergoing rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of additional holistic therapies, such as herbal medicine or nutrition, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
