Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations to deeply understand their health concerns, medical histories, and personal treatment goals.
• Create tailored treatment plans that incorporate acupuncture, herbal remedies, cupping techniques, and other methods rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Execute acupuncture treatments with precision, ensuring proper needle insertion, stimulation, and modifications as necessary to enhance patient recovery and relieve pain.
• Advise patients on lifestyle and dietary changes that can support their overall health and promote long-term wellness.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals—such as physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists—to provide well-rounded care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation of all treatment plans, progress notes, and therapy outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits
