Key Responsibilities

• Administer acupuncture treatments with precision, utilizing sterile needles and adhering to strict aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health to create individualized treatment plans that address specific concerns such as pain management, stress relief, and overall wellness.
• Provide ongoing support and compassionate care throughout the patient's treatment journey, ensuring patients feel supported and understood.
• Apply your knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to make informed treatment decisions and effectively communicate with patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to foster a multidisciplinary approach to patient care that optimizes outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice acupuncture in Texas.
• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a aligned health science discipline.
• Graduation from a reputable acupuncture program accredited by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM).
• Profound knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure effective patient assessments.
• Past experience in conducting thorough physical examinations and patient evaluations.

Preferred Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient service, effective communication, and empathy.
• A demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Experience with pediatric patients is an asset but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
