Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient examinations to assess their medical history and current health status, enabling accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and health goals of each patient.
• Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments using various methods, including local acupuncture, cupping, electro-acupuncture, and trigger point acupuncture.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within Elixir Acupuncture Center to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach, coordinating care with specialists for optimal outcomes.
• Participate in staff development mentoring and educational initiatives aimed at expanding knowledge base and treatment techniques across the organization.
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment procedures and managing expectations regarding the healing process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Educate community members and professional audiences about the benefits of acupuncture and holistic health therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will engage a broad spectrum of patients, including those seeking pain management, stress relief, and overall wellness enhancement. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acupuncture practice, demonstrating a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

In this role, you will receive a competitive hourly wage ranging from USD 20 to USD 75, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
