Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Acupuncturist at Back Pain Relief Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose patients' conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Administer acupuncture therapies for a diverse range of issues including addiction, stroke rehabilitation, musculoskeletal problems, women's health concerns, stress management, and digestive disorders.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, working closely with other professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and nutritionists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on acupuncture techniques and wellness strategies, encouraging a proactive approach to their health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with chronic pain, anxiety, digestive issues, and more. Your empathetic approach will foster strong patient relationships, allowing you to provide tailored treatments that consider both emotional and physical well-being. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on acupuncture practice.
• Certifications from the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and be board certified in your specialty.
• A valid state acupuncture license to practice in Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with both patients and a multidisciplinary team.
