ARE YOU THE ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited program
  • Eligible for state licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Strong interest and passion for working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a clinical setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, etc

AVERAGE DAY AS AN ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST

You move fluidly through your day, balancing thoughtful sessions with clients of all ages: children, teens, adults, couples, and families both in-person and via telehealth. You take pride in tailoring treatment plans that reflect each client's unique journey and cultural background. With each session, you apply evidence-based strategies to help clients build resilience and insight. Your documentation is thorough and timely, and your collaboration with peers and outside providers ensures every client receives well-rounded care.
