Work Schedule:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate various availability preferences.
The work schedule for CNAs is typically organized in shifts to ensure round-the-clock care for our patients. Shifts may include:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Full-time CNAs generally work five shifts per week, totaling 36 to 40 hours.
Part-time positions range from two to four shifts per week, totaling 20 to 30 hours.
Salary:
$40,000-60,000 per year + performance bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assisting with mobility and ambulation, providing support and ensuring patient safety.
- Assisting with meals, including feeding and providing nutritional support as necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment, ensuring comfort and hygiene.
- Assisting with transferring and positioning patients to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain proper body alignment.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Documenting patient observations, interactions, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
- Active certification and in good standing with the state regulatory agency.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
