Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with essential daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to provide accurate updates to the healthcare team.
• Support patients with mobility and ambulation, ensuring safety and encouraging independence whenever possible.
• Provide meal assistance, which may include feeding and nutritional support to those who require it.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols to promote hygiene.
• Help transfer and position patients to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure proper body alignment during their care.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere for residents.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Document patient observations, interactions, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 40,000 to 60,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
