Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with essential daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and accurately record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse to ensure comprehensive patient assessment.
• Support patient mobility and ambulation, ensuring their comfort and safety during movement.
• Provide assistance during meal times, offering nutritional support and feeding help when necessary to enhance patients' dietary needs.
• Maintain a hygienic and organized patient environment, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
• Facilitate patient transfers and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and enhance body alignment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a sense of trust and security.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to all patients.
• Document patient interactions, observations, and care provided accurately and promptly to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including seniors, individuals recovering from surgery, and those requiring ongoing assistance with daily activities due to chronic illnesses. The role requires an understanding of the unique needs of each patient and the ability to tailor care approaches accordingly, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort for all individuals you serve.

Qualifications

• Must hold certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program and possess active certification in good standing with the state regulatory agency.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary in the range of $40,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
