As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily care and comfort of residents. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
- Support residents in a memory care unit with compassion and patience
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other CNAs to maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Document care and observations in the Point Click Care (PCC) system
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and every other weekend
- Complete required dementia training prior to start
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Hold a valid Minnesota state CNA licensure and BLS certification
