Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, providing a sense of dignity and well-being.
• Monitoring and accurately recording vital signs—such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse—as part of ongoing patient assessments.
• Supporting patients with mobility and ambulation, ensuring safety and comfort while encouraging independence.
• Assisting with meals, offering nutritional support, and helping patients who require feeding assistance.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment for patients, promoting comfort and health.
• Transferring and positioning patients efficiently to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure proper body alignment.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a sense of trust and belonging.
• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to deliver personalized and coordinated patient care.
• Documenting patient observations and interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive health records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at our Adult Day Care Center include adults with varying degrees of health challenges, including those with chronic illnesses, physical disabilities, and cognitive impairments. You will foster relationships with these individuals, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and providing them with compassionate, individualized care that enhances their daily living experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
• Active certification in good standing with the state regulatory agency.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to fostering a compassionate environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families, as well as the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 40,000 to 60,000 annually, alongside additional performance-based bonuses.
