St. Luke's Health System is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to join our Endoscopy Services team. This role is an excellent opportunity for healthcare support professionals who are interested in advancing into a more technical, procedure-focused clinical role.
In this position, you will support patients and providers during endoscopic procedures, gain hands-on experience with specialized equipment, and contribute to safe, efficient care delivery in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Pay Range: Competitive pay starting at
$20.86 to $23.65 per hour, depending on years of relevant experience.
Schedule
- Variable shift times ranging from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You Can Expect from This Role
- Predictable weekday scheduling with a consistent annual holiday schedule
- Prepare, maintain, and properly clean and sterilize endoscopy equipment in accordance with safety and infection prevention standards
- Assist providers during invasive endoscopic procedures to support efficient workflows and positive patient outcomes
Professional Growth
- Learn advanced equipment handling and procedural support skills in a specialized clinical setting
- Develop technical expertise within Endoscopy Services
Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- No prior endoscopy experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an endoscopy, procedural, surgical, or ambulatory clinic setting
- Experience assisting with invasive procedures or supporting providers during patient care
- Familiarity with medical equipment cleaning, high-level disinfection, or sterile processing practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety, infection prevention, and quality standards
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Interest in developing advanced technical skills and growing within a specialized clinical role
Additional Requirement
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
