Work Environment

In this onsite role, you will work in state-of-the-art facilities designed to promote healing and comfort. The work environment is dynamic and team-oriented, emphasizing collaboration among CNA staff, nurses, physicians, and other multidisciplinary professionals. As a part of our team, you will engage in organized shifts, guaranteeing the provision of 24/7 care to our patients. Typical shifts include:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

You will play an essential role in the following key responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with necessary activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring privacy and dignity at all times.
• Monitoring vital signs, performing assessments of blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Helping patients with mobility, providing assistance to prevent falls and injuries while promoting independence.
• Supporting patients during mealtime, facilitating feeding as needed while ensuring dietary restrictions and nutrition plans are followed.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized patient environment through diligent housekeeping practices and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Positioning and transferring patients safely to help prevent pressure ulcers and promote comfort.
• Cultivating relationships with patients through emotional support and companionship, being attentive to their psychological needs.
• Collaborating seamlessly with the healthcare team, sharing patient observations and participating in care planning meetings.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.

At Care Senior Center, you will primarily work with elderly patients requiring a higher level of care, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic illnesses, or transitioning from acute care settings. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program, with active status in good standing with the Arizona regulatory agency.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
