Skilled Nursing Facility – Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

We’re seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support our long-term care residents in achieving greater independence and improving quality of life. If you enjoy working with seniors in a steady-paced, team-oriented setting, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement therapy programs focused on ADLs and functional skills
• Encourage and guide patients through daily routines
• Track and report progress to supervising OT

Requirements:

• Licensed COTA in Texas
• Experience in SNF or geriatric care preferred
• Compassionate and reliable with a proactive mindset
