Balance Harmony Wellness in Mesquite, Texas, is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). In this full-time role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to improve the quality of life for our patients through effective therapy interventions and support.

This position is based onsite at a hospital facility in Mesquite, Texas. You will work primarily during normal business hours, contributing 40 hours per week to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care. You will work directly with a diverse range of patients, from those recovering from surgery or accidents to individuals managing chronic conditions. Our goal is to empower each patient through personalized therapy plans that nurture their independence and enhance their daily living activities. Your empathetic and caring approach will play a vital role in building trusting relationships with patients and their families, enabling improved outcomes.
While not mandatory, experience in a hospital setting or a similar rehabilitation environment is preferred. Familiarity with patient-centered care approaches and previous involvement with interdisciplinary teams will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
