The assistant handles scheduling, intake, insurance verification, and assists patients during treatments and with billing inquiries, creating a welcoming and organized environment for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Manage patient intake and maintain accurate records
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
• Provide front desk reception and patient support
• Assist the chiropractor during treatments as needed
