Chiropractic Assistant (Leadership Track)

At Lit Chiropractic & Re-Gen SoftWave Therapy, we're looking for more than someone to answer phones—we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in healthcare.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll learn every aspect of running a successful chiropractic office, including both front-office and back-office responsibilities. You'll work directly with the doctor, help patients throughout their care, and become an essential part of creating an outstanding patient experience.

This position offers a clear path for growth. As you develop your skills, you'll have the opportunity to become our Lead Chiropractic Assistant or Office Manager, helping train future team members and taking on greater leadership responsibilities as our practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries
• Assist patients with therapies and back-office procedures after training
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate patient flow to keep the clinic running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
• Learn our systems, procedures, and patient communication process
• Assist with marketing events and patient education when needed
• Help improve office systems and contribute ideas for clinic growth
• Train future chiropractic assistants as you grow into a leadership role

What We're Looking For
