Front Desk Reception

We’re seeking a vibrant, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to create an exceptional first impression for our patients. We are looking for a candidate who understands a small business and works closely with team members. Please keep in mind that we are a small private practice. We are NOT a large corporation. We only have 2-3 staff members on the schedule at any given moment.

Our chiropractic clinic brings preventative healthcare and pain relief to the community. We offer well-rounded patient care that includes chiropractic care and massage therapy. Work with our team to help educate people on their ailments, bring them options, and avoid drugs and surgery where possible!

This fast-paced role requires a multitasking superstar who can:

• Process copays and manage financial transactions for hundreds of patient accounts
• Utilize strong computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
• Address patient questions with confidence and clarity
• Apply common sense to solve problems efficiently
• Answer phones with warmth and professionalism
• Greet patients as the welcoming face of our clinic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with insurance terms and processes
• Prior experience in a medical or customer-facing role
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, fast-paced environment
