We are seeking a dedicated and growth-oriented Chiropractor to join our team at Bay Motion PT, located in the vibrant community of Boynton Beach, Florida. This full-time role offers an opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population and play a critical role in their journey towards optimal health through informed chiropractic care. As a Chiropractor, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, implement tailored treatment plans, and foster long-term health improvements for your patients.

Working onsite, you will have access to advanced techniques and equipment, including state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to assist in patient assessments.
Conduct thorough consultations with patients, meticulously reviewing health histories, and performing detailed physical examinations to assess their condition.
Utilize chiropractic diagnostics to evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems, identifying specific spine-related issues and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
Perform precise manual adjustments to the spinal column and other bodily articulations, aimed at restoring proper alignment and function while reducing pain.
Educate patients about the benefits of chiropractic treatment, empowering them with knowledge on how lifestyle choices affect their wellbeing and recovery process.
Maintain detailed and accurate case histories for all patients, ensuring timely updates in their medical records to track progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Facilitate the ordering of diagnostic imaging, such as x-rays, when necessary to ensure accurate diagnosis and the exclusion of serious underlying conditions.
Analyze diagnostic x-rays to verify findings and provide accurate documentation regarding the source of patients' issues, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their treatment.
Your patient roster will include a diverse range of individuals from various age groups, presenting with conditions ranging from sports injuries and workplace strain to chronic pain syndromes. Your ability to tailor treatment approaches to fit the unique needs of each client will be essential in delivering comprehensive care and achieving excellent patient outcomes.
A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
Possession of a current and valid Florida chiropractic license in good standing.
Strong technical proficiency in using electronic medical records systems for documentation and patient management.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.
Dedication to patient care, clinical accuracy, and continuing education to stay abreast of industry advancements.
At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, particularly in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience or familiarity with holistic therapies and rehabilitation programs is a plus.
The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
