Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our outpatient office, which emphasizes a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective chiropractic treatment to patients in an outpatient private practice setting, utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new patients, including in-depth physical examinations, thorough medical history interviews, and detailed diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific health concerns and treatment goals of each patient, incorporating manual therapy and modalities appropriate for their conditions.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to correct alignment issues in the spine and musculoskeletal system, ensuring procedures align with established clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients on lifestyle habits, including proper posture, ergonomics, and exercise techniques, to enhance their overall health and prevent recurrence of injuries.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive care plan that meets the diverse needs of patients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program.
• Possession of a valid chiropractic license in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
