Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, chiropractic adjustments, and soft tissue therapies.
• Perform a diverse range of hands-on techniques to effectively address clients’ health concerns and promote optimal recovery.
• Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team members, including physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, ergonomic practices, and home care therapies to enhance their overall wellness and prevent further injuries.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records to document assessments, treatments, and progress towards health goals.
• Stay updated on recent advancements in chiropractic practices through continuous learning and professional development initiatives.
• Engage in team-building activities and community outreach to forge stronger connections and broaden the practice’s reach in the local community.
• Demonstrate independence in managing your patient caseload while contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

With clients ranging from children to seniors, the Chiropractor will have the opportunity to utilize various treatment modalities tailored to different age groups and health backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
• Current and valid Chiropractic License in the state of Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient knowledge of manual therapy techniques including chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue treatments.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical chiropractic setting is preferred.
• Experience in practice management and an understanding of the operational aspects of running a healthcare practice is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from USD 50 to 55, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
