Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join our team. In this role, you will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions to individuals, couples, and families. You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, contributing to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

 Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, addressing a range of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary.
  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy and conducting assessments.
  • Proficiency in psychological testing and evaluation tools.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
