Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment programs.
  • Individual therapy should be provided utilizing individualized techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.
  • Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively and track client progress.
  • Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or people who have difficulty getting around.
  • To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.
  • Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid state Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
  • Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $80,000-105,000 Annual salary determined by experience and credentials.
