Opportunity to Join Our Compassionate Team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

We are in need of a highly-motivated mental health therapist that is friendly and welcoming to clients and their families. We are looking to find someone who is either experienced or willing to learn, with a positive personality, great people skills, great attitude, upbeat, energetic, organized and a hard worker to keep up with the pace! We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing/excited to provide services to varying ages of individuals 

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and goals.
  • Create and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Offer ongoing therapy sessions addressing various issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development to refine your skills and stay current with best practices.
  • Engage in outreach and community education to promote mental health awareness and broaden service access.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Experience with children, families, and couples
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
