Position Information:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

• Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Duties:

• Lead individual, couple, and group therapy sessions.
• Perform assessments to identify client needs and create treatment plans.
• Keep clear and accurate client documentation.
• Coordinate care with a team of professionals for comprehensive support.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of mental health trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Valid LMFT license in California
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
