Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Virtual Role in Natchez, Mississippi

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

• Salary: $100,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Key Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals seeking support.
• Help clients explore emotions, relationships, and life transitions.
• Offer advocacy and guidance to assist with personal goals and mental well-being.
• Implement solution-focused treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Mississippi license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse individuals and a variety of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
