Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed client assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Lead therapy groups to encourage mutual support and recovery.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with billing procedures.
• Apply evidence-based strategies in behavioral health interventions.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state.
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse clients and teams.
• Experience in a collaborative healthcare environment is a plus.
