Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in this field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, based on caseload.
