Full-Time Physical Therapist Available Position
 
We are a talented and growth-focused team looking for a full-time Physical Therapist. You will work alongside an integrative and holistic group of healthcare professionals committed to improving patient well-being. In this position, you will focus on restoring and optimizing movement in our clients. By collaborating closely with our chiropractic team, you will ensure a smooth transition from pain relief to optimal physical performance. Your role will involve delivering active care that is recognized as industry-leading, aimed at enhancing mobility and alleviating pain swiftly.
 
Salary:

• $95,000 - $115,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume:

• 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
  
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.
  
• Empower patients to regain their independence and achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience; new grads are welcome to apply!
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
