Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Your Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who are passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives.

As an LMFT, you will provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. You will play a key role in:

What You’ll Do

As an LMFT on our team, You will play a key role in:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for couples and families.
  • Supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, relational difficulties, and mental health concerns.
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Participating in case consultations, trainings, and clinical team meetings.
  • Supporting a caseload that reflects your areas of interest and expertise.

Who You Are:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field).
  • Active and unrestricted Tennessee LMFT license (or license-eligible within 90 days).
  • Strong knowledge of systemic therapy, trauma-informed care, and relational interventions.
  • Experience working with couples, families, and diverse populations.
  • Comfortable with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
