Job Duties:

  •   To provide individualized therapy strategies for clients and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.
  •   Deliver therapeutic therapies that are supported by evidence to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
  •   Utilize several, individually tailored therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
  •   Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
  •   Keep accurate and current clinical records while abiding by the law and morality.
  •   Participate in workshops and professional development to stay current on developments in mental health research.

 

Job Qualifications:

  •     Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  •     Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state
  •     Experience in counseling for at least two years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
  •     Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
  •     strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.
  •     excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.
  •     ability to cooperate with a healthcare team has been demonstrated.
  •     proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.

Pay and Benefits:

  •     $115,00k - $130,000k. The caseload will be based on availability and experience.
