Full-time Physical Therapist in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey

We are seeking an exceptional Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in New Jersey. This role involves one-on-one patient care, customized rehabilitation plans, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits 

Patient Volume: 2 Patients per Hour

Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough physical assessments to evaluate movement disorders, strength, balance, and mobility limitations.
• Identify root causes of pain and dysfunction using clinical expertise and evidence-based methodologies.
• Work with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and track their progress.
• Create customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, evidence-based practices, and continuing education.
  

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
