Licensed Therapist – Full-Time Position in Charlotte, North Carolina

An established North Carolina-based practice is looking for a licensed therapist to join the team. If you’re passionate about mental health and want a role with long-term stability, this opportunity is worth considering.

Position Details:

• Location: North Carolina (Must be licensed in the state)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform mental health evaluations and provide therapy sessions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust them as needed.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• North Carolina-licensed therapist (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic approaches and mental health conditions.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
