Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments to identify patients' unique rehabilitation needs and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure each patient receives quality, individualized care.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team to provide holistic patient care and ensure seamless treatment transitions.
• Educate patients on their recovery journey, guiding them through exercises and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly WebPT, is preferred.
