Associate Level Mental Health Therapists

Location: Elk Grove, California 
Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $65,000 to $85,000

Position Summary
Work side-by-side with a team of experienced clinicians in an outpatient practice setting. This role is designed for associate-level professionals who are passionate about providing evidence-based care and continuing clinical development under licensed supervision.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and facilitate sessions
• Track treatment progress and update clinical notes
• Engage in clinical supervision and internal training
• Work collaboratively with other providers and external agencies
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications Needed

• Associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) in California
• Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
• Prior mental health or counseling experience preferred
• Able to maintain regular caseload
• Reliable, professional, and client-focused
