Seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to Join Our Team

Are you an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist looking to contribute your skills in a rewarding environment? Join our inpatient rehabilitation team, where your dedication will help patients navigate their recovery journey and enhance their quality of life.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation Package:

• Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, including a full benefits package.

Your Role:

• Provide individualized therapy to assist patients in improving their communication and swallowing capabilities.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, encouraging them throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially with adult and geriatric patients.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
