A Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Could Work With Us!

Do you have the passion and drive to truly impact patients' lives as a speech-language pathologist? In order to help patients recover their ability to swallow and communicate following an illness or accident, we are looking for a caring individual to join our inpatient rehabilitation team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $120,000 and $130,000, with comprehensive benefits included.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver personalized therapy that empowers patients to improve their speech and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings with your team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming treatment environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in California.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably with adult and geriatric populations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
