Are you an experienced SLP ready to enhance the lives of patients through effective communication strategies? Join our outpatient therapy team, providing tailored speech and language services to individuals of all ages, helping them achieve their full potential.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation Package:

• Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, including a full benefits package.

Your Role:

• Provide individualized therapy to assist patients in improving their communication and swallowing capabilities.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, encouraging them throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially with adult and geriatric patients.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
