Full-time Dental Assistant Needed

We are excited to welcome a skilled Dental Assistant to our friendly dental team. In this role, you will assist dentists with various procedures, ensuring that patients receive efficient and compassionate care. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist in taking X-rays, and help with patient education on oral hygiene. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in keeping our clinic running smoothly. We are committed to providing ongoing training and support to help you excel in your career.

Salary:

• $50,000 to $70,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  
• Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
  
• Utilize dental software systems for managing patient information.
• Display knowledge of dental anatomy to assist in diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Active state Dental Assistant license.
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Proficiency in dental software and practice management systems.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Strong patient care skills and a compassionate demeanor.
