Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule : Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide remote therapy services to clients across Arizona.

As a Remote LMFT, you will provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families from the comfort of your own home. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled therapist who is committed to delivering effective treatment, fostering positive change, and helping clients navigate life’s challenges.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Provide remote therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to support emotional and relational growth.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care and share resources as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices in therapy, telehealth, and mental health trends.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and receive supervision or consultation as required.

We’d love to connect if you are:

  • Active LMFT licensure in Arizona (or eligible for Arizona licensure).
  • Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a strong focus on marriage and family therapy.
  • Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve emotional well-being and meaningful life changes.
