Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to clients via secure video sessions to address mental health concerns.
• Assist clients in processing their emotions and gaining better self-awareness.
• Guide clients through goal-setting to help them make meaningful progress.
• Use your clinical knowledge to design treatment plans and track client progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
• Proven experience working with clients from various backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
