Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity in California

Location: Anaheim, California

We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. We provide a wide variety of health care and outreach services to a very diverse patient population. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or groups, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness and recovery.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling to clients with diverse backgrounds and diagnoses.
Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other providers to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain compliance with ethical standards and California state regulations.
Participate in regular supervision, training, and staff meetings.

Requirements:

Current and valid LPCC license in the State of California (BBS registration required).
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
Experience working with [target populations: e.g., children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+, trauma survivors].
Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or trauma-informed care.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
