Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and preventive healthcare services, including physical exams, immunizations, and health screenings.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
  • Valid and unrestricted Florida PA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • DEA license with prescriptive authority (or eligibility).
  • Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong patient relationships and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours available).
  • Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary ($120K – $150K per year) with productivity bonuses.
