Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

The therapist builds strategic alliances and serves as a point of contact for community services to improve patients' and their families' aftercare arrangements.

Flexible, Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes and periodically revises the treatment plan on the basis of comprehensive and ongoing psychosocial assessment of patient/family's concerns, strengths, needs, clinical impressions, and issues specific to spiritual and cultural values.
• Develops personalized treatment plan to delineate strengths, deficits and high-risk psychosocial needs.
• Provides educational and therapeutic groups. Documents patient goals and responses to groups on therapeutic activity.
• Attend treatment-planning meetings to give and receive feedback. Discuss progress/resistance of patients. Document updates on treatment plan.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

     Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
