Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year with a full benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and tailor treatment plans to individual needs.
• Utilize best practices during therapy sessions to foster real change.
• Offer telehealth services as needed to meet client preferences.
• Document client progress clearly and promptly.
• Play an active role in our team, contributing to both clinical and community impact.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Must hold a valid license as a LCSW in the state.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in clinical settings
• Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and creation of progress notes
• Understanding and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to work effectively with clients
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
