Position: Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct secure, one-on-one therapy sessions via video chat
• Use evidence-based techniques to support clients’ mental health journeys
• Tailor treatment strategies to meet individual needs and aspirations
• Help clients build self-awareness and adopt healthy coping mechanisms
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with no restrictions
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Proficient communication skills with expertise in various therapy methods
• Comfortable with virtual platforms and tools for therapy
