Full-time Dental Assistant Needed

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant to enhance our patient care team. In this role, you will assist with dental procedures, prepare and maintain treatment rooms, and ensure a smooth patient flow. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and supporting patient education efforts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this position.

Salary:

• $50,000 to $70,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  
• Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
  
• Utilize dental software systems for managing patient information.
• Display knowledge of dental anatomy to assist in diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Active state Dental Assistant license.
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Proficiency in dental software and practice management systems.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Strong patient care skills and a compassionate demeanor.
