Salary:

$85,000 - $105,000 + BONUS

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions for client well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team for holistic care.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Stay updated on mental health research and developments.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
