Remote Therapist – Full-Time Mental Health Role in Thousand Oaks, California

We are hiring LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs to provide high-quality virtual therapy to clients across California. If you’re looking for a role where you can focus on client care without the administrative burdens of traditional settings, this is for you.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually + full benefits

Your Role:

• Deliver therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
• Guide clients through personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Keep accurate and ethical client records.
• Work in collaboration with a supportive team.

Requirements:

• California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field.
• Experience in therapy, mental health, or counseling.
• Strong virtual communication skills.
