We're Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Issaquah, Washington | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Outpatient (Monday–Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM)

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Create personalized, progressive care plans based on patient goals and functional needs
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities (including dry needling, cupping, or BFR if certified)
• Educate patients on injury prevention, postural correction, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with other providers including orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, and athletic trainers
• Document clearly and efficiently using [EMR system name] in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Candidate Profile:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapy License or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong background or interest in orthopedic physical therapy, with experience or familiarity with musculoskeletal disorders and rehabilitation techniques.
• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, though new graduates with a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
• Strong manual therapy skills and expertise in therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
